McKinsey Pakistan was established in 2014, and its office in Karachi has grown rapidly ever since. Every year, they recruit the country’s top talent and develop them to solve Pakistan’s toughest problems.
Their Young Leadership Program is open to candidates from all majors across Pakistan. In this role, you will work in teams of 3-5 consultants to help organisations in Pakistan – in the private, public and social sector – solve their most difficult problems. You will work with colleagues from across the world, and experts from across industries and functions, to bring the best possible solutions to McKinsey's clients.
McKinsey takes pride in hiring a diverse group of people and therefore does not look for any particular major/degree background, but instead search for strong problem solvers with potential. They will teach you the rest!
During the session, you will get to know more about the kind of work the company does, what it is like to be a consultant and how the recruitment process is run. You will also have ample time to ask any questions you might have. Whether you are curious about McKinsey or already know that you want to apply, we highly encourage you to attend the session.
